An iconic kitchen tool for a lifetime of culinary joy
Cast iron pans have formed the foundation of both home and professional kitchens for many decades. That's why we've developed an enamelled cast iron pan that combines tradition and function in a timeless kitchen classic. Create wonderful food experiences with a beautiful ratatouille or an elegant, plaited fruit tart. This is the pan you place at the centre of the table when the family gathers – both now and for many years to come.
The enamelled surface is free from PFAS and other undesirable chemicals, and the enamel on the inside is optimised for frying and, unlike raw cast iron, can handle acidic ingredients. The cast iron retains heat, so you can create fantastic searing while using less energy when your pan needs to stay on the stove for longer periods.
You only ever need to buy the right cast iron pan once, which is why we haven't compromised on production, materials, or design. Our pan is produced by a French company that has been creating cast iron products of the absolute highest quality since the 1920s. The enamelling is done by hand by experienced experts, so the surface becomes as strong as possible. It's in the quality of the enamel that the difference between cast iron pans truly shows – not tomorrow, but many years from now, when your cast iron pan is still bringing joy to your kitchen.
The craftsmanship is French, but the design is Danish and minimalist. The handle is shaped with rounded edges for a more comfortable grip, and the side handle lets you easily lift the pan from stove to oven to table. Choose from four timeless colours, and enjoy an addition to your kitchen with a rich craft heritage behind it.
